Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bondra's platform and services, including Bon, your AI Growth Co-founder. By using Bondra, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Bondra provides an AI-powered growth platform that helps founders and businesses identify prospects, surface warm paths through networks, and automate personalized outreach. Bon acts as your AI Growth Co-founder, combining AI reasoning, your network, and automation to streamline your go-to-market efforts.

To use Bondra, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not share your account, use another person's account, or create multiple accounts without permission.

You agree to use Bondra responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our platform
• Use the service for illegal activities or fraud
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with other users' access to the platform
• Use the service to collect personal data without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Bon uses artificial intelligence to assist with prospect research, outreach drafting, and campaign optimization. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outreach before it's sent
• We don't guarantee specific results or outcomes
• AI suggestions should be used as guidance, not absolute truth

You maintain full responsibility for messages sent through our platform, including those assisted by AI.

Your use of Bondra is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• You retain ownership of your data and content
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide our services
• We use your data to train and improve our AI models (anonymized)
• We implement security measures to protect your information
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any data you upload

For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• You're responsible for all taxes and payment processing fees
• Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Bondra may integrate with third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn, email providers, CRM systems). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We're not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondra, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: Cancel your account through your settings or contact support
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or at our discretion

Upon termination, your right to use Bondra ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
